About the Role The Senior Accounting Manager is a key technical expert within our Finance and Administration team. This role sits at the center of ensuring our accounts reflect the highest standards of accuracy, supporting our annual audit, managing restricted fund reporting, and overseeing accounting for our Canada affiliate. They work closely with the What You'll Do
- Prepare statements and financial reports
- Manage audits and internal controls
- Supervise accounting staff and cross-functional collaboration
- Support annual audit process and tax/compliance activities
- Oversee restricted fund reporting and accounting for the Canada affiliate
- Work closely with the Finance and Administration team to maintain high standards of accuracy What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's in accounting/finance
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience
- 5+ years nonprofit fund accounting
- 3+ years supervising staff
- GAAP knowledge
- Form 990/990T experience
- MIP experience
- Excel proficiency Nice to Have
