About the Role The Senior Accounting Analyst is responsible for accurate and timely accounting postings, fixed assets management, reconciliations, and period-end closing activities to ensure compliant and reliable financial data for the Contitech/Continental business in Brazil. What You'll Do
- Performing accurate and timely invoice postings and general accounting entries in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Managing fixed assets accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, and asset tracking.
- Conducting account reconciliations, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
- Performing and supporting period-end closing activities (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
- Preparing, analyzing, and submitting statutory and ancillary obligations (e.g., ECD, ECF, EFD) in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Supporting internal and external audits, including documentation preparation and responding to audit inquiries.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and ensuring strong internal controls. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, Finance Managment or related fields.
- Knowledge in the SAP system.
- Intermediate English.
