The role aims to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, controls, and scalability while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant P2P execution.

  • Execute each initiative end-to-end — from requirements gathering and solution build to user adoption and benefit tracking (hours saved, error reduction, control improvement)

Own the Korea P2P Process

  • Monitor process performance, strengthen controls, and drive continuous improvements across the P2P process, including exception management, root-cause analysis, and service quality oversight.
  • Own T&E governance (policy communication, employee training, T&E reporitng, etc.) and purchase VAT reconciliation and quarterly filing in collaboration with the external tax agent.
  • Oversee intercompany payments and monthly cash forecasting to maintain optimal working capital, ensuring compliance with foreign exchange regulations and monitoring IC trade balance aging.
  • Manage NEXT workflow governance and system administration in line with APAC/EA DOA.
