Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will support accounting, reporting and financial analysis across multiple entities and sales channels. Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual close, preparing journal entries and accurate financial reporting.
- Own complex balance sheet reconciliations, including cash, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets and intercompany activity.
- Analyze product profitability, gross margins, cost of goods sold and operating expenses; explain trends and recommend actions.
- Evaluate cost variances and operational changes to identify risks and opportunities for improved performance.
- Prepare budget-to-actual analysis and clear commentary for finance partners and leadership.
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain and sales teams to strengthen reporting and cost management.
- Prepare audit schedules and documentation, and support sound internal controls and GAAP compliance.
- Improve accounting processes, reporting and automation; contribute to ERP enhancements and special projects.
Qualifications

4 + years of progressive accounting or audit experience; consumer products, retail or multi-entity experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

CPA or public accounting experience strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, accrual accounting, revenue recognition and financial reporting.

Hands-on experience with close, reconciliations and financial statement preparation.

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups and financial modeling; ERP experience preferred.

Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail and communication skills.

Ability to prioritize deadlines, work independently and build productive relationships across departments.
