Responsibilities
- Lead month-end close, GL reconciliations, and account analysis
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Support regulatory reporting, audits, and examinations
- Reconcile key accounts and analyze daily GL activity
- Partner with the VP Controller and finance team
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3–5+ years of accounting experience within a financial institution

Credit union experience preferred

Strong GL reconciliation and month-end close experience

Symitar, Concur, or similar systems experience a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
