Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting accounting operations, financial reporting, and planning activities for the North America region. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working cross-functionally and solving problems in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal financial reports, supporting schedules, and routine journal entries tied to monthly and annual close processes

• Reconcile key accounts, including bank and credit card activity, and review account balances to identify issues and recommend next steps

• Support accrual accounting and expense tracking, including rent-related items, operating costs, and other real estate-associated transactions

• Partner with internal teams to answer accounting questions, provide financial insight, and assist with audit documentation requests

• Oversee accounting activities related to concession and consignment arrangements, while also reviewing payment classifications for accuracy

• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for overhead and real estate expenses, along with additional financial analysis as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

• 4+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a retail or consumer-facing business

• Ability to manage competing priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting systems; experience with JD Edwards or another ERP platform is a plus
