What You'll Do
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support financial reporting, account analysis, and variance analysis
- Reconcile complex balance sheet and general ledger accounts
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit requests
- Improve accounting processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support business objectives
- Mentor entry level team members and support special projects as needed
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

3+ years of accounting experience

Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Strong Excel and accounting/ERP system skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and attention to detail

CPA, CPA track, or public accounting experience is a plus
