About the Role This position is a senior accounting professional who will apply accounting theory and knowledge to areas such as cost accounting, manufacturing analysis, account reconciliations, and accounting policy compliance for Special Metals Corporation. The role ensures the accuracy of financial statements by providing accurate accounting of transactions in the area of responsibility in compliance with Sarbanes–Oxley (SOX) and PCC corporate policies.
What You'll Do
- Apply accounting theory to cost accounting, manufacturing analysis, reconciliations, and policy compliance for Special Metals Corporation.
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements by providing accurate accounting of transactions in your area of responsibility.
- Maintain compliance with SOX and PCC corporate policies.
What We're Looking For
- Senior-level accounting professional with strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Experience applying accounting theory to cost accounting, manufacturing analysis, reconciliations, and accounting policy compliance.
- Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and PCC policies.
