Qualifications

CPA or CMA certification

Experience in a private‑equity‑backed company, roll‑up strategy, or acquisition integration

Familiarity with ASC 606, construction billing structures, and contract compliance

Experience implementing or improving accounting systems, processes, or controls

Background supporting external audits or lender reporting requirements
