About the Role Are you passionate about accounting and financial reporting? Join us in Genoa as a Senior Accountant, where you’ll play a key role in managing accounting processes, supporting financial reporting activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across the organization. You will operate in a structured, international environment that values rigor and accuracy. What You'll Do
- Prepare US GAAP, IFRS, and statutory entries and reports
- Support period-end and quarter-end closing activities
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial packages and related documentation
- Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and ensure data accuracy
- Oversee the effectiveness of financial reporting controls and data reliability
- Lead or contribute to process improvement initiatives across accounting areas
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align financial processes and data requirements What We're Looking For
- At least 2–3 years of experience in external audit, complemented by experience in corporate accounting
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Detail-oriented, analytical professional who thrives in a structured, international environment
- Experience ensuring US GAAP reporting and IFRS statutory statements compliance
