Senior Account Manager

This position offers flexibility, including the option to work remotely. Because we value in-person collaboration for training, team building, and strategic meetings, qualified candidates must live within reasonable travel distance to one of our VT or NH locations.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in the insurance industry, specifically within Personal Lines
- An active Property & Casualty License
- A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
- A team-oriented mindset paired with high self-motivation
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Proficiency with computer systems and efficient, accurate data entry
- Experience using AMS 360 or a similar agency management system (preferred but not required)

Salary Range $55,000—$65,000 USD
