Main responsibilities/工作职责：

1. Business management for JPN market: drive JPN business growth through cooperation with distributors, including providing commercial and technical support to distributors, working on JPN business growth plan and monitoring execution etc. (50%)
1. Account management for CHN market: Connect target customers to understand demand and provide end-to-end sales support including product recommendation, trial feedback and post sales track to achieve sales target. (30%)
1. Digital marketing promotion: prepare product promotion material for online sales and give instant support for online inquiry. Generate leads through diversified digital marketing approaches. (20%)
