Position/职位： Senior Account Manager- Inside Sales

Workplace/工作地点：China -Shanghai

Main responsibilities/工作职责：

• 1. Business management for JPN market: drive JPN business growth through cooperation with distributors, including providing commercial and technical support to distributors, working on JPN business growth plan and monitoring execution etc. (50%)
• 2. Account management for CHN market: Connect target customers to understand demand and provide end-to-end sales support including product recommendation, trial feedback and post sales track to achieve sales target. (30%)
• 3. Digital marketing promotion: prepare product promotion material for online sales and give instant support for online inquiry. Generate leads through diversified digital marketing approaches. (20%)

Job requirements/任职要求：

• 1. 5+ years working experience in Japanese commercial environment, ability to communicate fluently in Japanese
• 2. Experience in chemical company or chemical background
• 3. Excellent external and internal communication skills, ability to provide proper support to customers or distributors leveraging internal resources
• 4. Result oriented and ability to work under pressure
• 5. Strong learning ability and desire for self development
