The Role

We are looking for a commercially minded Senior Account Manager, Ecomm to join our high-performing team leading the launch, and scaling of Tangle Teezer’s International Ecomm business. In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy and execution for our Amazon International marketplace presence, driving revenue growth, maximizing profitability, and expanding our footprint across markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling 1P/3P accounts, a deep understanding of International Amazon business, and the leadership skills to manage a global portfolio.

In this role you’ll get to work on:

  • International Expansion & Market Launches

  • Market Strategy: Own the strategy for our new International market launches. You will run the numbers on local market demand, analyze competitors, plan deal events and navigate cross-border logistics.

  • Global Selection Management: Identify opportunities for strategic selection. Partner with marketing teams and local agencies to optimize listings for regional markets.

  • Localization: Oversee the end-to-end setup of the accounts in owned regions, ensuring customer experience is in line with regional standards.

  • Strategic Growth & Profitability

  • P&L: Manage the P&L for owned regions, establishing and achieving sales and margin targets.

  • Channel Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term strategic roadmap for owned regions, ensuring alignment with overall corporate growth objectives and marketing / brand guidelines.

  • Market Share & Positioning: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and shifting consumer behaviour to drive top line sales, protect brand equity and strengthen market share across owned regions.
