Job description
- Lead and review high-level strategy, direction and growth plans for all assigned brands.
- Serve as a 360 Agency Lead across the Agency’s full range of services.
- Take ownership of client assignments from brief to delivery.
- Lead end-to-end pitching, from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
- Drive new business acquisition and contribute significantly to annual revenue targets.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
- Act as a senior point of contact for key clients.
- Oversee the performance of Strategy, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, Creative/Content, Production, Digital Advertising, Experiential and Media Buying teams.
- Review and provide strategic and commercial oversight on client-facing deliverables before they go out.
- Oversee influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.
- Oversee social media and brand management.
- Oversee development and deployment of creative assets and campaign materials.
- Translate client objectives into clear briefs and manage delivery.
- Provide hands-on leadership across strategy, business development, account management, media, digital, influencer or content when required.
- Forecast, plan and manage project and campaign budgets.
- Improve client retention, account growth, service quality and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities, services, partnerships and talent.
- Recommend and implement new processes, systems and operating structures.
- Contribute to market research, competitor analysis and strategic initiatives.
