About the Role Senior Account Executive / Strategic Growth Manager at Compass is at the center of our growth strategy, driving net-new revenue across our company-owned brokerages by engaging top-producing real estate agents and teams and expanding our market presence. Based in Charleston, SC, this onsite role combines relationship-driven sales with strategic deal structuring to accelerate growth. What You'll Do

  • Drive strategic growth by identifying, engaging, and structuring deals with top-performing real estate agents and teams, expanding our presence within your market.
  • Position our value proposition including technology, marketing, culture, and growth platform.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative and relationship-driven process.
  • Develop deep market expertise and maintain a strong local presence.
  • Collaborate with leadership, agents, and cross-functional teams. What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven success in a quota-carrying role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong judgment
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Track record of high performance Compensation & Benefits
  • Base pay range: $100,000–$110,000 annually
  • Target bonus: $30,000–$60,000 with uncapped bonus potential
  • Equity may be included
