Senior Account Executive – Inizio Medical Manchester / Macclesfield/ London/ Hybrid The opportunity Are you looking for a Senior Account Executive role that will give you exposure to the full breadth of medical communications? We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to join us working across an exciting mix of publications and Medical Affairs programmes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has built a foundation in medical communications and is ready to broaden their experience. You'll have the chance to develop across a varied portfolio of projects and build your career and experience. You'll join a collaborative team where you'll work with experienced client services and scientific colleagues. You'll have plenty of opportunity to develop towards the next stage of your career.

What you'll do

• As a Senior Account Executive, you will help deliver multiple medical communications projects from initiation through to completion. You will:
• Manage project activities, timelines, trackers and deliverables
• Work across a broad mix of publications and Medical Affairs projects
• Support publications including abstracts, posters, manuscripts and congress activities
• Deliver Medical Affairs initiatives such as advisory boards, scientific meetings, medical education and stakeholder engagement activities
• Be an important contact for clients and build relationships
• Coordinate internal scientific, editorial, creative and client services teams
• Support project budgets, financial tracking and invoicing
• Identify potential risks or challenges and working with the wider team to find practical solutions
• Develop your understanding of client strategy and the wider objectives behind each programme
• What we're looking for We're looking for someone who has:
• Previous experience within a medical communications agency or similar healthcare communications environment
• Experience managing multiple projects and competing priorities
• Organisational and project management skills
• Confidence communicating with clients and team members
• An understanding of the medical communications project lifecycle
• Experience in publications and/or Medical Affairs, with an interest in developing across both
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
