Job title: SEN Provision Manager / SENDCO
About the Role We are seeking a good or outstanding SEN Provision Manager / SENDCO to lead and develop our SEN provision, ensuring high standards and inclusive practice. You will join a supportive team committed to raising standards while upholding the distinctive ethos of Peel Brow School. A full enhanced DBS check is required, and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the school's SEN provision as SENDCO/manager, ensuring high standards for pupils aged 3–11.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to plan, implement and review SEN support, and maintain safeguarding and compliance.
- Contribute to training and development opportunities and participate in school improvement initiatives.
- Promote inclusive practice and support staff development related to SEND.

- Willingness to participate in relevant training and development opportunities.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and ability to obtain an enhanced DBS check.
- Experience in SENDCO responsibilities and leadership in a primary setting is desirable.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Nice to Have
- Prior SENDCO leadership experience.
- Experience in a primary academy setting.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with families and external agencies.

- Salary: M1-U3 with TLR2a and SEN allowance; Additional allowances may apply.
