About the Role

As a Self Service Feature Specialist at Addigy, you’ll focus on promoting and supporting the Self Service portal that lets Apple users install admin-approved apps and scripts, request support, and receive guided notifications—all within a branded, secure experience. The role aims to help IT teams reduce support tickets by delivering the right tools instantly across macOS, iOS, and iPadOS.

What You'll Do

  • Promote and support Addigy's Self Service portal to end users, enabling admin-approved apps and scripts without requiring admin rights.
  • Enable real-time help through live chat and ticketing integration to speed resolutions and reduce delays.
  • Manage branding and customization of the Self Service experience (logo, colors, messaging) and tailor available apps by policy for different user groups.
  • Ensure alignment with Apple device management security standards and simplify software deployment for remote teams.
  • Help users access the tools they need instantly, reducing unnecessary support requests.
  • Communicate features and FAQs clearly to users and internal teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience explaining enterprise software features and benefits to non-technical users.
  • Understanding of admin-approved app/script deployment and policy-based access in an Apple device management context.
  • Familiarity with live support, ticketing systems, and in-app notifications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate product capabilities into customer value.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with branding or marketing software features for enterprise customers.
  • Familiarity with Apple device management security standards would be a plus.
