About the Role Valce Talent Solutions seeks a QA Automation Engineer to lead testing activities for complex products or services, ensuring product quality. This role also facilitates resource planning, resolves issues that impede the test effort, and drives continuous improvement. What You'll Do

• Lead the delivery of testing activities, plans and processes for complex products or services, ensuring product quality.
• Facilitate resource planning and resolution of issues that may impede the test effort and drive continuous improvement.
• Be responsible for the design, development and support of test cases for functional and non-functional domains.
• Lead the identification of the test scope and test environment set-up needs, prepares test plans, identifies relevant metrics and keeps track of required effort for large initiatives.
• Possess hands-on experience authoring, building and adopting large-scale automation frameworks with well-balanced coverage across UI, functional, API and back-end integration (including end-to-end automation) and experience with different test automation approaches.
• Generate / Review test reports and act on recommendations for product or design changes.
• Drive the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of testing procedures and strategies ensuring alignment to functional / non-functional requirements.
• Support in identifying product quality risks based on the high-level solution architecture. What We're Looking For
• Proven experience leading testing activities and plans for complex products, with a focus on ensuring product quality.
• Hands-on expertise in authoring, building and adopting large-scale automation frameworks with coverage across UI, API and backend integration, including end-to-end automation.
• Strong ability to design, develop and maintain test cases for functional and non-functional domains.
• Experience with test planning, test environment setup, metric definition and tracking for large initiatives.
• Proficiency in generating and reviewing test reports and translating findings into product/design improvements.
• Ability to drive testing procedures and strategies aligned with functional and non-functional requirements.
