Job description

• Coordinate and supervise the segment activity in accordance with the objectives and KPIs established.
• Plan and organize the team’s activity to ensure continuity and coverage of all activities and requests.
• Set objectives, tasks and responsibilities for team members, monitoring and evaluating their results.
• Coordinate and develop the subordinate team, providing guidance and support in achieving objectives.
• Identify training and development needs of the team and monitor employees’ professional development.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and performance, contributing to increased efficiency of the segment’s activity.
• Propose and implement measures regarding team performance, organizational flexibility, coaching, succession planning and change management.

• Experience in coordinating and developing teams.
• Very good leadership, organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to set and monitor objectives and KPIs.
• Skills in monitoring and evaluating team performance.
• Focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
• Coaching and development skills for employees.
• Ability to manage change, priorities and organizational flexibility.
