Job title: Segment Leader
About the Role
The Segment Leader will manage and supervise the Segment organizational unit at plant level, driving defined objectives and KPIs, and ensuring governance and process execution. You will lead direct reports, plan regular team activities, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and performance.
What You'll Do
- Manage and supervise the Segment org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Identify potential improvements in your area of responsibility and contribute to improved service delivery
- Ensure adherence to standards and governance; drive process execution
- Lead direct reports and plan regular team activities to cover all activity stages and respond to requests
- Define team members' objectives, tasks and responsibilities; provide clear instructions and monitor and evaluate results
- Identify training and development needs of direct reports; support applying newly acquired knowledge
- Propose and apply measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Technical fields (Mechanical, Electrical) or Industrial Engineering / Quality / Supply Chain / Management etc.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wiring industry; leadership experience highly valued
- Languages: French and English
