Johnson Controls is seeking a Security Systems Technician to install, service, and troubleshoot security system infrastructure in the Colorado area. This role is part of Field Operations and focuses on delivering reliable security solutions to customers. What You'll Do
- Install, program, and maintain access control, intrusion, CCTV, and other security systems.
- Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues on-site.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure service quality and timely resolution.
- Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks according to procedures.
- Document work activities and update service tickets. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in security systems, electronics, or field service is preferred.
- Experience with installation and troubleshooting of commercial security systems.
- Familiarity with wiring, network basics, and IP-based security systems.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned region.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
