Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced, disciplined, and proactive Security Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily security operations of our business premises.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising security personnel, ensuring the safety of staff, customers, visitors, and company property, and maintaining a secure and orderly working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor the daily activities of security personnel.

• Develop and enforce security procedures, protocols, and access control measures.

• Ensure effective monitoring of entry and exit points, including staff, customers, visitors, and vehicles.

• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and address potential security risks.

• Monitor CCTV operations and ensure prompt reporting of suspicious activities.

• Prepare and submit daily security reports, incident reports, and shift handover records.

• Investigate security breaches, theft, misconduct, and other security-related incidents.

• Ensure proper deployment, punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct of security personnel.

• Coordinate emergency responses, including fire outbreaks, medical emergencies, and other security threats.

• Liaise with management and relevant security agencies when necessary.

• Ensure strict compliance with company security policies and operational procedures.

• Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / NCE qualification; relevant professional security training or certification will be an added advantage.

• 3–5 years of proven experience in security operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

• Previous experience in supervising security operations within a supermarket, shopping mall, retail establishment, or corporate environment is highly desirable.

• Strong leadership, supervisory, and personnel management skills.

• Good knowledge of security procedures, access control, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response.

• Excellent observation, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.

• High level of integrity, discipline, vigilance, and professionalism.

• Physically fit and capable of conducting routine security inspections and patrols.
