Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of security operations to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to enhance their skills and professional development.
- Collaborate with management and law enforcement agencies during investigations and security incidents.
- Prepare detailed reports on security activities, incidents, and investigations for senior management review.
Requirements
- Relevant certifications such as CPP (Certified Protection Professional) or equivalent security credentials.
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role within the Security and Investigations industry.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency response protocols.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate others effectively.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with staff, clients, and authorities.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisive decisions under pressure and in emergency situations.
- Familiarity with security technology, surveillance systems, and incident reporting software.
