About the Role The US Concerts division is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee the venue security team. The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of the security department and staff within the venue, and may perform management functions under the direction of the Security Manager and Operations Manager. What You'll Do
- Direct and supervise security staff and other employees performing security services for guests.
- Provide guest service by greeting and assisting guests and responding to guest inquiries and complaints.
- Lead staff, oversee ongoing training, staff positioning, and manage breaks; ensure all team members are well-informed on event-specific details.
- Assist the Security Manager to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures related to the security department, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Support operations during events and help coordinate with other venue departments as needed. What We're Looking For
