SECURITY SUPERVISOR

To supervise the day-to-day deployment and performance of security guards, ensuring effective implementation of LFZ security SOPs, protection of personnel and assets, access-control compliance, perimeter security, incident response and maintenance of operational discipline.

The Security Supervisor shall serve as the immediate supervisory link between the deployed security guards, TANA management and the LFZ Security Department.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all designated security posts are manned in accordance with the approved deployment plan.
• Verify guard attendance, punctuality, uniform, alertness and fitness for duty.
• Conduct shift briefings, roll calls and proper handover/takeover.
• Enforce access-control procedures for personnel, visitors, contractors, vehicles and materials.
• Supervise foot and vehicle patrols across gates, fence lines, construction sites, warehouses and other designated areas.
• Inspect security infrastructure, including fencing, gates, lighting, locks and CCTV coverage, and report deficiencies.
• Prevent and promptly report trespassing, theft, pilferage, vandalism, unauthorised material movement and suspicious activities.
• Ensure guards follow approved post orders, communication protocols and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents and immediately escalate critical events to the LFZ Security Command Centre and designated LFZ Security representative.
• Maintain accurate shift diaries, patrol records, attendance registers, gate logs and incident reports.
• Coordinate with LFZ departments, tenants, contractors and emergency-response teams when authorised.
• Conduct routine inspections of all assigned posts and document non-compliance.
• Identify security gaps and recommend corrective measures to the LFZ Security Department.
• Maintain confidentiality of security information, access credentials, CCTV footage and incident records.
• Ensure professional conduct, integrity and respectful treatment of employees, visitors and contractors.
• Compliance with approved guard deployment and attendance requirements.
• Effective supervision and discipline of security personnel.
• Compliance with access-control and material-movement procedures.
• Completion of scheduled patrols and security inspections.
• Timely escalation and accurate reporting of security incidents.
• Quality and punctuality of shift reports and handover records.
• Prompt identification and reporting of security vulnerabilities.
• Compliance with LFZ security SOPs and corrective-action requirements.
• Professional conduct and effective coordination with LFZ stakeholders.
