Responsibilities
- As a Security Supervisor, you play a critical role in safeguarding our guests, employees, and valuable assets. Your purpose is to maintain a secure environment for all while upholding the reputation of our hotel. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks will be invaluable.
Here is how you’ll make a difference:

Safety and Security Oversight:
-
Proactively handle and document guest and employee incidents, including accidents, noise complaints, and any suspicious individuals on the premises.

Implement all security and safety policies and procedures to maintain a protective environment.

Take an active role in leading workplace health and safety trainings for hotel staff.

Emergency Response and Crisis Management:
-
Assist hotel management in addressing unusual situations, from disorderly conduct to emergencies like fires, robberies, or medical incidents.

Take an active role in executing our Crisis Management Plan, including fire panel training and command post objectives.

Surveillance and Risk Mitigation:
-
Ensure officers are monitoring the Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) system diligently to identify and address potential security threats.

Review recorded footage when necessary to investigate suspicious incidents.

Operational Excellence:
-
Conduct uniform and equipment inspections during shift briefings to ensure readiness of officers.

Review and correct officer Incident Reports, Glitches and Daily Activity Reports (DARS) before final distribution.

Assist in preparing security surveys and safety risk assessments

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications and abilities:

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated computer literacy is essential. Proficiency in using software applications, navigating digital platforms, and troubleshooting technical issues is highly valued.

Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial. The ability to convey ideas clearly, collaborate with colleagues, and engage with stakeholders is a key asset.

Relevant Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required. Prior exposure to tasks related to this position ensures a smooth transition and contributes to overall team effectiveness.

Analytical and Organizational Skills: Successful candidates exhibit strong analytical abilities and can efficiently organize tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading) is mandatory. Clear communication with team members, clients, and partners is essential.

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $34.92
