Job title: Security Staff - The Fillmore
About the Role Patrol the venue and help keep guests safe by monitoring the premises, checking credentials at pass gates, monitoring barricades, searching for prohibited items, and operating metal detectors. You will assist the team with incidents, respond to emergencies, and support the operations team with crowd management.
During concerts you may also have additional responsibilities such as greeting patrons, scanning tickets, and answering guest questions.
What You'll Do
- Patrol the venue, check credentials at pass gates, monitor barricade activity, search guests for prohibited items, operate metal detectors, assist with incidents, respond to emergencies, and support crowd management.
- Assist the operations team with crowd management.
- Greet patrons, scan tickets, and answer guest questions during concerts.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in concert security preferred, or other forms of guest service or crowd management experience.
- This role requires standing, climbing stairs, bending, and occasional lifting.
- The job site may have strobing lights, smog machines, and loud music.
- Most shifts require working nights and weekends.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 19.18 - 20.00 USD hourly.
