Frank Productions, LLC is seeking part-time Security staff for the Charleston Music Hall in Charleston, SC. The role is to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and patrons and to support day-of-event operations. This position offers an hourly starting rate of $20.

What You'll Do

• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and patrons.
• Ensure safe and efficient ingress and egress into the venue.
• Identify issues or threats within the venue and report concerns to venue management.
• Respond to security and safety needs in a timely manner.
• Communicate clearly with staff, patrons, vendors, and clients about day-of-event needs.
• Maintain an understanding of the venue Emergency Action Plans (EAPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and follow accordingly.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks of the relevant building.
• Follow company protocol for the relevant building as communicated by venue management.
• All other duties as assigned.
