Tasks
- Supervise on-site security personnel and ensure daily operational readiness. Assign duties, organize shift schedules, and ensure proper staff deployment. Monitor and enforce security procedures, including patrols, access control, and incident reporting.
- Oversee the correct use of CCTV systems, alarms, and access control technologies.
- Lead the security team response during incidents, emergencies, and evacuations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and security audits to identify risks and gaps.
- Prepare and submit incident reports, shift logs, and performance reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
- Apply HSE procedures and take charge during emergency situations.
Requirements

English: Professional level (spoken and written)

Education: Diploma

Minimum 02 years in security operations, including supervisory experience.

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to manage teams and handle emergency situations

Good knowledge of HSE and security procedures
