Security Personnel will be responsible for protecting guests, employees, visitors, property and assets while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor entrances, exits and designated areas.
- Control access to restricted areas.
- Conduct routine patrols of the premises.
- Monitor CCTV and other security systems where applicable.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate security and incident logs.
- Screen visitors, contractors and deliveries as required.
- Identify and report suspicious behaviour or security risks.
- Assist with emergency evacuation and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with management and relevant authorities when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach when dealing with guests and visitors.
Requirements

Minimum of SSCE/WAEC.

Previous professional security experience is required.

Hospitality, corporate or residential security experience is an advantage.

Good observation and incident-reporting skills.

Physically fit and alert.

Good communication skills.

High level of integrity, discipline and reliability.

Ability to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays.

Salary: ₦100,000–₦150,000 monthly
