About the Role Microsoft is seeking a Security Operations Engineering Manager (also referenced as Network Security Service Engineer Manager in the posting) to lead and grow the Security Operations Engineering team in Redmond, WA. The role focuses on building inclusive, high-performing security operations capabilities. What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor the Security Operations Engineering team to design, implement, and operate secure infrastructure and incident response capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional security and engineering teams to translate business needs into security solutions.
- Drive security program maturity, governance, and operational excellence across the team. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading security operations or engineering teams.
- Strong background in network security, incident response, and threat management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have
