Overview
We are seeking dedicated Security Personnel for full-time or part-time positions to join our dynamic team. These roles are essential in maintaining a safe and secure environment across various facilities. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to security concerns.
Duties
- Monitor premises using surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems to identify potential security threats
- Work is done remotely- via monitoring systems fixed in place or through team surveillance activities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances
- Enforce facility policies and procedures to maintain order and safety
- Assist with loss prevention strategies by observing suspicious activities and intervening when necessary
- Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation of security activities

Must be able to pass an extensive background check

Proficiency with surveillance tools such as CCTV systems

Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure

Must be very comfortable using computers and able to learn to use multiple software programs quickly
