As a Security Officer Part Time Licensed Patrol in RICHMOND, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. Join a leading team where flexibility meets opportunity. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a government care setting, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist residents, visitors, and staff with professionalism. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to Allied Universal’s caring, reliable, and integrity-driven team culture.
Minimum Requirements:
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
