Job title: Security Officer - Temporary - Mornings
About the Role Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a temporary morning shift in Cincinnati, OH to provide client security and customer service across industries. You will implement safety procedures, respond to incidents, and patrol client sites to protect people and property.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service while carrying out safety and security procedures, site policies, and emergency response when needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
- Support diverse client environments including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.
What We're Looking For
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Applicants will be subject to a background investigation and will be screened for drugs where permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay rate: $18.54 per hour, paid weekly.

- Seven holidays annually paid at time and a half, if worked.
- 40 hours of vacation after one year of employment at eligible assignments; vacation payout is per law.
