Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk, greet and screen visitors, verify access authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records.
• Monitor entry points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from a stationary post, reporting unusual activity or access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notify appropriate personnel, and document events in accordance with site policies.
• Receive calls, provide directions and general information, coordinate with building management and service providers, and help maintain a professional, welcoming lobby environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
