Job Description

As a Security Officer Spanish Communication Services in Perris, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer supporting a retail distribution location, you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting day-to-day operations. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and associates at a retail distribution center by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and observe vehicle, trailer, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Support loss-prevention and asset-protection efforts by reporting suspicious activity, policy violations, damaged access controls, and other security-related conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
