Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: Overnight Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and responding to requests for assistance.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail center, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate activity and incident reports and communicate relevant information to leadership, site management, and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with driver policy requirements.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
