Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Inspection in Kernersville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control and site procedures. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with team members and visitors, and report security-related concerns. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, business perimeter, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, driver, and delivery activity when required.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
