Job Description

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Badge Verification in Renton, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, production areas, offices, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations.

• Monitor access activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized or unusual activity through established protocols.

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.

• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and shift activities accurately in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
