Job Description
As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Badge Services in Boca Raton, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols throughout a premier residential and recreational property, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and provide professional customer service. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to members, residents, guests, and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of club facilities, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access to the property, verify visitor credentials as required, and report unusual conditions or access concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.

Document patrols, incidents, and other security-related observations in accordance with site-specific policies.
Minimum Requirements:

At least one year of security-related experience is required.

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
