As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. You will deliver exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting a secure environment. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTime Wed 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM Thu 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM Fri 10:30 PM - 06:30 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, workplace disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production, warehouse, loading dock, office, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, contractors, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and other security-related activities in clear, accurate reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
