You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, monitor access points, and provide professional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $22.36 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access control points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
