What You'll Do
-
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and healthcare personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.

Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, access control, and facility traffic flow in accordance with site requirements.

Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
-
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
