As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist employees, visitors, and customers with professionalism. You will observe and report unusual activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.51 / Hour

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of financial institution offices, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vendor activity, reporting suspicious conditions or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain detailed daily activity logs in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
