As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a retail distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and deliver outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeMon01:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun01:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)

• Candidates must have prior experience with access control systems and badge management.

• Customer Service Experience (B219)

• Candidates should possess a strong background in customer service.

• Loss Prevention (B210)

• Candidates must demonstrate knowledge or experience in loss prevention strategies.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility interior, exterior, parking areas, loading docks, warehouse areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers entering and leaving the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations and required information to site leadership and/or emergency responders.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
