What You'll Do
-
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors at a technology and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

Monitor access to restricted areas and assist with visitor management, credential verification, and escort procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.

Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift handoff communications while maintaining a professional presence in a data center and technology-focused environment.
Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
