Job Description As a Security Officer Part Time Unarmed in Savannah, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Armed Security Professional, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols throughout a commercial real estate location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will respond to concerns, document activities, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving role requires a valid driver’s license. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeFri11:00 AM - 07:00 PM Sat11:00 AM - 07:00 PM

What You'll Do

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout commercial office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Monitor entrances, pedestrian activity, and vehicle traffic in accordance with site-specific post orders.
Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
