As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid Class B driver’s license with passenger endorsement. You will provide outstanding customer service and communication while supporting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, people-first culture through teamwork and integrity.

Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeFri08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Sat09:00 AM - 05:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, verifying credentials and reporting unauthorized access attempts.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid Class B driver’s license with passenger endorsement is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
