As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, and help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $19.40 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Sat02:00 PM - 10:30 PM Sun02:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports regarding patrol findings, incidents, access activity, and other security-related observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
